EGARA and ACEA agree on need for enforcement

ACEA and EGARA agree that enforcement is considered a point of priority. Both EGARA and ACEA benefit from a legal infrastructure with liscensed dismantlers sites (Authorized Treatment Facilities or ATF’s) to prevent unfair competition, to assure save depollution, to deregister correctly and to have the wastes legally collected. In this lobby at the EU we are partners, which is good, as we as car industry can bring the same message. EGARA hopes to continue this fruitful cooperation with ACEA.
