What data do we collect?
When you approach us online or make another request for one of our services, you will be asked to fill in information. In that case, we only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This can be the following data:

E-mail address
Bank details for invoicing
Keep login details for update login websites
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. When you visit our login page, we store a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted as soon as you close your browser.
When you leave a comment, that comment and the metadata of that comment will be saved forever. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of moderating them.
Once you log in, we will store some cookies in connection with your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and cookies for screen display options 1 year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will be saved for 2 weeks. As soon as you log out of your account, login cookies will be removed.

We have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption by means of an SSL certificate, ensure a level of security that is appropriate for the data we process.

Because we would like to know how our visitors use the website, so that we can optimize the use of the website, we use Google Analytics. Analytical cookies from Google are therefore placed via this website. The information is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not used. Retention period
We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received.
The data that we only use to reply to a message that you have sent to us via our contact form will be deleted within 1 year after our last correspondence with you.
We keep the data in our CRM system for at least 7 years, among other things to comply with our legal obligation. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year after the expiry of that obligation. The above term applies, unless there are further legal obligations for us to keep the data longer and/or to keep it available.
Rights
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing based on your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.

Welke gegevens verzamelen we?
Wanneer jij online ons benaderd of andere aanvraag doet voor een van onze diensten, zal aan jou gevraagd worden om gegevens in te vullen. Wij verwerken in dat geval alleen de gegevens die je zelf aan ons verstrekt. Dit kunnen de volgende gegevens zijn:

Voor gebruikers die zich op onze site registreren (indien aanwezig), slaan we ook de persoonlijke informatie op die ze verstrekken in hun gebruikersprofiel. Alle gebruikers kunnen op ieder moment hun persoonlijke informatie bekijken, bewerken of verwijderen (behalve dat ze hun gebruikersnaam niet kunnen wijzigen). Site beheerders kunnen deze informatie ook bekijken en bewerken.
Als je een wachtwoord reset aanvraagt, wordt je IP-adres opgenomen in de reset e-mail.
Indien je onze inlogpagina bezoekt, slaan we een tijdelijke cookie op om te controleren of je browser cookies accepteert. Deze cookie bevat geen persoonlijke gegevens en wordt verwijderd zodra je je browser sluit.

Wij hebben passende technische maatregelen genomen om persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies of andere vormen van onrechtmatige verwerkingen. Deze maatregelen, waaronder versleuteling middels een SSL-certificaat, zorgen voor een beveiligingsniveau dat past bij de gegevens die wij verwerken.

Bewaartermijn
Wij bewaren je gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn ontvangen.
De gegevens die wij alleen gebruiken om te antwoorden op een bericht dat jij aan ons hebt gestuurd middels ons contactformulier, worden binnen 1 jaar na onze laatste correspondentie met jou verwijderd.
De gegevens in ons CRM-systeem bewaren we tenminste 7 jaar, onder andere om aan onze wettelijke verplichting te voldoen. Deze gegevens worden binnen 1 jaar na het verlopen van die verplichting door ons verwijderd.
De bovenstaande termijn geldt, tenzij er voor ons verdere wettelijke verplichtingen bestaat de gegevens langer te bewaren en/of beschikbaar te houden.
Rechten
Je hebt altijd het recht jouw toestemming voor het verwerken van je gegevens in te trekken, waarna wij je gegevens niet meer zullen verwerken. Het intrekken van deze toestemming doet geen afbreuk aan de rechtmatigheid van onze gegevensverwerking op basis van jouw toestemming, die plaatsvond vóór deze intrekking.
Je hebt ook recht op inzage in jouw persoonsgegevens en het recht om jouw persoonsgegevens te rectificeren. Als je wil weten welke persoonsgegevens wij van jou verwerken, dan kun je een schriftelijk inzageverzoek doen. Mochten jouw gegevens onjuist, onvolledig of niet relevant zijn, dan kunt je ons schriftelijk verzoeken om jouw gegevens te wijzigen of aan te vullen.
Daarnaast heb je een recht op het wissen van jouw persoonsgegevens, een recht op het beperken van de verwerking en een recht om tegen de verwerking bezwaar te maken. Bovendien heb je recht op het overdragen van, of het overdraagbaar maken van jouw gegevens. Ook hiervoor kun je een schriftelijk verzoek doen.
Als je een account hebt op deze site of je hebt reacties achter gelaten, kan je verzoeken om een exportbestand van je persoonlijke gegevens die we van je hebben, inclusief alle gegevens die je ons opgegeven hebt. Je kan ook verzoeken dat we alle persoonlijke gegevens die we van je hebben wissen. Wijzigingen
